Mark J. Kay has studied transportation congestion problems in New York City, worked with the United Nations Development Program to address AIDS issues, and studied health-system-related marketing problems. He has written on branding, teaches courses in sustainability, and works with Green Teams at the PSEG Institute of Sustainability Studies at Montclair State University.


Rodrigo B. Castilhos teaches at Unisinos Business School, Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos, in Brazil. His research focuses on the interplay between space, social classes and market dynamics. He has published, among others, in the Brazilian Journal of Marketing, in Marketing Theory, and in the Journal of Business Research.
